NASHVILLE, TN, Mar 15, 2010 -- Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SFIO) (http://www.sfio.us or http://www.realsmokefree.com) announced today that by lodging 100,000 Euros (approximately $135,000) as a required pledge, the company has met the basic financial requirements for a line of credit being granted by a prominent European bank. In addition, SFI is pledging receivables and inventory of its Belgian subsidiary Smokefree Innotec, Inc. bvba in the amount of 200,000 Euros, bringing the pledge for the line of credit to 300,000 Euros or $408,000 in total.
